    Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. We do not ship on weekends or holidays

     

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over INR 3500 within India.
  • Standard Shipping: INR 100 for orders under INR 3500.

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
  • Delivery times for international orders can vary, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at contact@thehumbleera.com immediately.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@thehumbleera.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
  • To ensure your order arrives in good condition, we request that you record an unboxing video and take timestamped photos within 24 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, immediately record a video, take photos, and send them, along with your order number, to us via email. This will help us address the issue promptly and initiate claims with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately at contact@thehumbleera.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
